Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the above complaint finding. The initial inspection was conducted by LPA Siao on 12/09/2019.
Throughout the investigation, interviews were conducted with the several staff members and several day care parents. Parents that were interviewed did not have concern with the way staff interacts or handles the children. Based on information obtained and LPA's observation the above finding is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
