25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted the Annual/Random inspection. LPA met with Facility Representative, Brigitte Blazys. LPA was given access to inspect the facility. The Representative accompanied LPA on the tour of the facility. There were no children present during the inspection as they are on school break. LPA inspected the classrooms for compliance. Classroom #1 and #2 were inspected. The facility is reminded of the ratios and capacity during the inspection. There are no bodies of water and/or no fire arms/weapons on the premises during the visit. The facility is reminded that all children shall be visually supervised by a teacher during the inspection. The disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other dangerous items are inaccessible to children during the inspection. The storage areas for poisons are locked during the inspection. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic free. The furniture and supplies are age appropriate. The rooms have adequate lighting, and ventilation during the inspection. The floors are found to be clean and safe during the inspection. The drinking water is readily accessible inside and outside for the children during the inspection. The restrooms are maintained with operational toilets and faucets with hand soap, paper towels and toilet tissue.
