Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Sanchez, conducted a Case Management inspection via video conference (FaceTime), due to the COVID-19 state of emergency, in response to an Unusual Incident/Injury Report received in the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) on 10/20/2020. Incident report states that on 10/15/2020, staff #1 mishandled a child #2.

LPA interviewed facility staff and children during today's video inspection.
