On 04/03/2023 at 3:41pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conduct a case management inspection. Upon arrival LPA conducted a tour of the facility to gather census. The following ratio were observed: Room 1/Big Room there were 11 children supervised by teacher Bricely Magana and teacher aide Samantha Jameson. Room 4 had 9 children (ages 2 and 3 year old) supervised by teacher Arianne Sanchez and teacher aide Isabelle Jameson.

During the tour LPA observed the preschool playground green carpet to be in disrepair and there are two broken window screens in the big room. The playground fence is in disrepair as well.

LPA Siao observed the playground covering to be in disrepair as the green covering is torned and the grounds are uneven which is a tripping hazard. The movable mesh fence near room 3 is ripping. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
