LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection in reference to licensee's request to add Room #3 & Cafeteria to their license. Room #3 has 765 sq. ft. and the Cafeteria has 1,597 sq. ft. Total square footage for both area is 2,362 sq. ft. will accommodate 67 children. Total number of toilets available for children's use is 12 toilets and 7 sinks.

There were 37 children observed present today in the following classrooms:

Room #1 with 24 children and staff Rikki Macrorie Fairweather, Denisha Selma & Judith Johnson
Room #11 with 13 children and staff Carolyn Barnes & Christopher Wemett.

Outdoor play space includes:
- Play area outside Room #1
- Kindergarten play area (with the green play structure)
- Black top area next to the kindergarten area.

Corrections needed prior to granting use of cafeteria:
- Lock the walk-in freezer (staff shall ensure that this freezer is locked when children are present).
- Remove the hanging chair storage from cafeteria area (staff shall ensure that the hanging chair storage is inaccessible to children).
- Obtain a telephone dedicated for facility use. Currently the phone on record is Ms. Damico's personal cellphone.

Ms. Damico shall submit photos to show corrections no later than 3/19/20.
NO DEFICIENCY CITED TODAY.
LPA observed the Representative post the Notice of Site Visit in a prominent place. The Representative states it is understood that this notice must be posted for 30 days.
