32 | LPA and Director discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, California Megan’s Law (www.meganslaw.ca.gov), Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, the following Type A and Type B deficiencies are being cited: (see next page, 809 D).
Upon receipt of a Type A violation, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months. A copy of LIC 9224 was given to Director.
LPA Gloria Gonzalez informed Director that this report dated 4/18/23 documents 1 Type A citation which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Also, LPA Gloria Gonzalez informed the Director to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 4/18/23 that documents any Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification.
An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) was provided to the Director, Norma Chang and notice of site visit (LIC9213) was given to director and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in a immediate civil penalty of $100 |
