On 11/4/21 at 2:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keturah Lane conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of delivering an amended report for the visit on 8/25/21. LPA met with staff member Therese (Terry) Riffey and toured the facility. LPA Lane observed the following ratios:

Room: Doves had 4 children with staff member Razeena Gonawela
Room: Beetles had 7 children with staff members Maria Olachea and Alejandra Arnaud
Room: Sparrow had 7 children with staff members Amy Mabale (Lebo) & Leticia (Leti) Limon

No deficiencies were cited.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Michaelyn Rainney. Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
