On October 19, 2022 at 12:47 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton arrived at the facility to conduct a Required -1 year annual inspection. LPA Hamilton met with Director Brizlet Angon and was advised that the facility's infant program is closed this school year due to staffing issues.
