On April 04, 2023, at 09:19 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Courtnee Peebles arrived unannounced to Next Generation Educational Center (CCC) and met with director, Geralyn Windt to discuss the investigative finding of the allegation listed above. On April 04, 2023 at 9:1 AM, LPA conducted a tour and census of the CCC. During the investigation, LPA conducted confidential interviews with eleven staff (D,AD, S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8,S9,S10).

On March 24, 2023, a complaint was received with allegations stating, Staff do not report incidents to day care child's responsible party. Confidential interviews revealed that the CCC staff reports as soon as possible to the childs parent and or legal guardian. The only requirement that a parent should be notified right away is when a child sustains an injury that needs emergent medical attention.

Based on confidential interviews conducted during the investigation the allegation that Staff do not report incidents to day care child's responsible party, is not supported or proven by evidence. Therefore, the above allegations are unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. A copy of this report and appeal rights were given and explained to Director Geralyn Windt.
