Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edgar Campana conducted an unannounced visit on 06/21/2023 to conclude complaint investigation. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Pushparany Panchalingam, to discuss the above allegation. LPA toured the facility and census was taken. No day care children were present during inspection. This agency has investigated the above listed allegation. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with facility staff and reviewed facility and court records.

During interviews with facility staff, parent communication/reporting protocols and procedures were discussed and were deemed to be in complaince with regulations. During LPA's review of facility and court records, no evidence of facility being in violation of regulations, with regard to the above referenced allegation, was discovered.

Based on interviews conducted and LPA review of records, there is a lack of evidence available to be able to draw definitive conclusions. Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore it is determined that the above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A copy of this report, along with Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22), was given to Site Supervisor, Pushparany Panchalingam. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
