On 2/9/2022 at 3:20pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted a second pre-licensing inspection to inspect Old Trolley Barn Park located at 1998 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA 92116. Due to the lack of outdoor space at the facility, applicant is requesting a waiver to utilize Old Trolley Barn Park for outdoor activity space. LPA met with Director, Amanda Masiello and inspected the park. LPA observed play equipment to be age appropriate. Director, Amanda Masiello stated the facility will bring art supplies, badminton and other games for children’s use while at the park. The park is approximately 0.4 miles from the facility; children will be driven to and from the park by qualified staff in Aspen Leaf vans. Children will bring refillable water bottles from home and the facility will bring water for children to refill their bottles if needed.
