13 | Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a field visit is suspended at this time.
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Medlin conducted a complaint investigation via tele-inspection with director and some facility staff. There is not enough information to conclude whether there was not enough staff supervision. Staff state children were in small groups in the classroom due to direction from the health department about small groups due to COVID-19. Per facility staff, all parent's/guardians are provided a copy of their admission agreement after they enroll via electronically emailed to them. Admission agreements are updated annualy each school year (June). Not enough information in regards to what specifically facility did not abide by the admission agreement, however it was found that the faciliy does not have a written notice pollicy for termination of services, rather according to agreement it may be either verbal or in writing. In this particular case, there is no way to prove a violation did or did not occur due to nothing in writing. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
