Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mok conducted an unannounced case management inspection to complete the investigation on the incident that was reported by the facility on March 18, 2022. The purpose of the inspection was explained to the Site Director, Maria Chew. There were 33 children with 7 staff present. Based upon the interviews with the staff and child, there was no sufficient evidence to prove a child touched another child inappropriately.
