25 | On June 18, 2024 at approximately 9:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ly conducted an Unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit and met with Lead Teacher, Yasmin Flores during the visit. Purpose of the inspection was explained. There were 40 children and 8 staff present during the visit. Teacher to child ratios were met on this day.
During Annual Inspection conducted on 05/17/2024, the following Type B deficiencies were cited:
*Not all staff had attended or have proof of renewal of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training.
*Not all staff have proof of required course work such as transcripts or child development permit.
*Three enrolled children prescription medication "Epi Pen" were expired.
During today's visit, LPA reviewed children's medication on site. Medication reviewed today are still valid. LPA aslo reviewed staff files. All staff files have proof of qualification course work or equivalent requirement. All staff also have certificates proofing completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training. All Type B citations cited 05/17/2024 are cleared. Facility Representative was provided with "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared."
No deficiencies were issued today under Title 22 Division 12 of the California Code of Regulations. A copy of this report was left with Lead Teacher whose signature on this form confirm receipt of these reports. Notice of Site Visit was posted. Notice to remain posted for 30 days.
