25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yee conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and met with Licensee, Deanna Lee. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Present at the facility are Licensee, Deanna and 3 children. Current residents are licensee, Deanna, her husband, their children ages 12, and 9 yr old. Facility personnel summary report was reviewed with Deanna during the inspection and it's current. Days and hours of operations are from Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m Day-care areas (ground floor) only: large playroom, bathroom, and backyard.
LPA observed the following: Day-care area is clean, orderly, and equipped with age appropriate toys and equipment for the children. Home has sufficient lighting and ventilation. Home has a working telephone, a working smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and a fully charged fire extinguisher. There are no bodies of water on the property. There are no poisons, detergents, or cleaning products accessible to day-care children. Licensee’s CPR, 1st is current. Licensee provides daily snacks and meals.
LPA reviewed children files. Licensee has all required postings posted for parents to review.
*Licensee was reminded about having all Staff and Volunteers provide proof of immunization against influenza, pertussis, and measles or qualifies for an exemption.
*Licensee was reminded about the Provider Information Notices (PINs) on CCLD website.
*Licensee was reminded about Mandated Reporter Training available on CCLD website www.ccld.ca.gov or www.mandatedreporterca.com).
