Due to COVID-19 and DPH guidelines of social distancing, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Winnie Ly conducted the Case Management tele-inspection via Zoom Meeting on October 21, 2020 at 9:15am with Regional Manager Daisy Hsieh and Center Manager Christina Fang. Purpose of the tele-inspection is to inspect the facility's conference room to accommodate children for social distancing. Fire Clearance for this room has been granted by San Francisco Fire Department.

During inspection, Center Manager stated there will be a maximum of 8 children occupied the space for lunch and nap. LPA observed cabinets for supplies in this room have child proof locks and windows are not able to open but room has air purifier. Per Center Manager, there will be two teachers assign to supervise eight children at all time. Center Manager further stated, drinking water will be placed above toy shelf where accessible to children, First Aid Kit will be in the cabinet and hand sanitizer will be installed by the entrance of the room.

It was determined that Title 22 Requirements have been met and facility is able to use the conference room as of today 10/21/2020.

A copy of this report will be emailed to administrators. Administrators were advised to acknowledge receipt of report once received. This report must be available in the facility for public review.
