Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mok conducted an announced Tele inspection with Site Director, Karla Cianci, and Administrator, Vincent Arroyo via FaceTime to complete the case management inspection for adding rooms. Licensee submitted application to add rooms #125, #129 (Gross motor or classroom), #223 ,#311 and Terrace (adjacent to Room #223). Licensee wanted to remain the same capacity ( along with the new rooms. LPA toured the rooms for health and safety hazards. The operation hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. The licensee has the additional Children's bathrooms with 4 toilets, 3 urinals, and 4 sinks available for classroom #223's children on the same floor. There are also children's bathrooms with 6 toilets, 2 urinals, and 6 sinks available for classroom 311's children. Room #125 is a room with an adjacent bathroom (1 sink & 2 toilets), and Room #129 is a Gross Motor room with an adjacent bathroom (1 sink and 1 toilet). The terrace is completely fenced. The outdoor play area is securely fenced.

Indoor space didn't measure due to the pandemic, so LPA used the measurement information that was provided by the licensee for the total measurement today. LPA may remeasure the rooms if necessary when the pandemic is over. The measurement of each classroom as follow: #223 (825 sq ft), #311(481 sq,ft), #125 (609 sq ft), & # 129 (1490 sq, ft). The measurement of the terrace was (1670 sq ft). The additional indoor capacity is 97 children. The additional outdoor area is 22 children. CCL also received Fire Clearance Approval for the capacity of 177. Per licensee's request, the total capacity remains 175.

The total licensed classrooms are: # 103, 104, 107, 109, 110, 111, 122, 124, 125, 129 (Gross motor or classroom), 223, 3365 (Katzir Room), 306, 308, 310, and 311. There are a total of 22 toilets, 5 urinals, and about 30 sinks available for children. The total capacity on the license is 175.

LPA emailed this report to the licensee. The licensee has to either mail or email it back to LPA with her signature.
