Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yee conducted an Unannounced Required - 1 Year inspection today. The purpose of the visit was explained. LPA met with the licensee, Joann Liang and 11 children. LPA toured the home with the licensee, Joann. Current residents are Joann, her husband, their daughter, 14 years old son, and Mother in law. Areas used for daycare are located on the lower level. Day-care areas: living room, activity areas, bedroom for napping only, bathroom in the kitchen, and back yard. During the inspection the licensee request to add the room next to the kitchen. LPA inspected and approved. The entire upper level is off-limit. The facility personnel summary report was reviewed with Joann during the inspection and it's current.
