25 | Licensing Program Analyst, LPA Yee conducted a required one-year inspection. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Present at the facility are licensee, Huang Tao, her husband, and 8 daycare children. Current residents at the facility are the licensee, her husband, and their adult son. No tenants living at the facility. The facility personnel summary report was reviewed with the licensee and she said it's current. Day-care areas (upper level) only: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom #2 (licensee's room) for napping only, and lower level deck. The remaining areas of the house are off-limits. The home is equipped with a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fully charged fire extinguisher. Both licensee and helper have current CPR and 1st aid until 8/3/2023. The facility provides snacks and lunches. Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training, AB1207 certificate for both staff members on file and current until 4/21/2023. The last emergency drill was conducted on 11/15/2021. A log sheet was provided during the inspection. Children's files were reviewed and in order. SIDS information was discussed. The children's roster was available. This facility provides Incidental Medical Services - IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies and reviewed children's, personnel, and administrative records.
