On November 5, 2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sheran Lo conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with the Center Manager Bonnie Harris-Tobias. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Present in the facility were 5 staff and 11 children.

Discussed during the inspection was related to Licensing Authority of interviewing children and other safety concerns. Manager understands and will address the issues with staff on individual meetings.

***No deficiencies cited against the facility under CCR,Title 22, Div. 12, Chapt. 1.***
