The purpose of the inspection was explained. Residents at the facility are Rasha, her husband, and their 5 years old son. No change in the daycare areas. Daycare area: living room #1, activity room, kitchen, dining room, living room #2 and backyard. The remaining areas of the home are off-limit. The home is equipped with a fully charged fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector. The fire clearance is on file. Required immunization for staff is on file. The facility provides breakfast, snacks, and lunches. All the staff members have been completed Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training, AB1207.
