Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Chayntel Hunter and Christopher Jackson met with Administrator, Charleen Ayers to open and close the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation.

During the course of the investigation, LPAs conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that staff are not requiring masks. Interviews revealed that vaccinated staff, children and parents are not required to wear masks. The Administrator explained that the facility tries to keep up to date with current guidelines, and will be modifying their protocols to accommodate the new guidelines. LPAs reviewed updated COVID19 guidelines with the Administrator.

Based on the interviews conducted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. A Technical Violation was assessed on the subsequent pages. An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator. Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Chayntel Hunter and Christopher Jackson met with Administrator, Charleen Ayers to open and close the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, LPAs conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that social distancing is not required. Interviews revealed that children are kept in small groups and staff try to keep the same children with the same staff. The Administrator explained that the facility tries to keep up to date with current guidelines, and only rotates children if needed to maintain ratios. LPAs reviewed updated COVID19 guidelines with the Administrator.

Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator. Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
