Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gagandeep Singh and Charlotte Baney met with the director Nancy Cook for the investigation of the above allegations. Purpose of the investigation was explained.

During the investigation, LPAs interviewed random staff members and parents. LPAs attempted to interview the children, but children are not verbal and unable to communicate verbally. During investigation, LPAs inspected the child care area. During interviews, all staff and parents stated that they never witness any staff member yelling on children. During staff interviews, no witness of any injury to child were observed. During the observations on multiple days, refrigerator was observed to be clean and through interviews, it was found that facility has custodian assigned who cleans the facility everyday.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the director. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for 30 days.
