25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams met with Idalia Camarillo, licensee for an unannounced random annual inspection. There were 9 children present during the inspection supervised by the Licensee and two assistants. Children included one infant, one school age, and seven preschool age. Licensee reported her program hours are: 7:30AM - 5:30PM. All adults who work and reside in this facility have fingerprint clearance. LPA toured areas of the home accessible to children in care. Off-limit areas include: two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fenced left and right side of backyard, fenced right corner of the backyard across from the shed, and garage.
LPA observed fire drills were conducted and documented to meet regulation requirements. LPA reviewed CPR/First Aid certification which expires August 2020. LPA reviewed a random sample children and staff files. Immunization records and required licensing documents were in all files reviewed. LPA toured the home inside and out. Licensing posting requirements were posted on the wall in the entry of the home. Hazardous items and cleaning supplies were inaccessible to children. Medications are inaccessible to children. Licensee stated there are no weapons in the home. Fire extinguisher and smoke detector meet regulation standards. Carbon monoxide detector was operable. There are no bodies of water on the premises.
