32 | Based on interviews with Principal and Teachers, LPA Nguyen learned that childcare teachers directed and redirected childcare children while they were in their teachers’ care. Based on interviews with Principal, Teachers, and Parents, LPA Nguyen also learned that childcare teachers provided adequate supervision to childcare children while childcare children were in their care and intervened to help childcare children with their social conflicts with their peers.
Based on observations and conflicting interviews, LPA Nguyen is unable to determine whether staff encouraged day care children to bite another day care child and staff did not prevent day care child from biting other children.
LPA David Nguyen determined that the complaint allegations were found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur at the facility.
