13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams arrived at the facility for the purpose of delivering complaint findings for the allegations listed above. LPA met with Facility Representative. There were sixty nine (69) children supervised by fourteen (14) staff.
LPA conducted an investigation that included a facility inspection, the review of records, pertinent documentation and interviews with the reporting party, facility staff and parents. The Director acknowledged there was a period in early December of 2021 when a communicable virus surfaced in the Beginner classroom. Consistent statements revealed that parents were initially notified of the virus verbally and later informed of the virus via the facility’s messaging app. The facility is disinfected throughout the day and janitorial staff completes a deep cleaning at night. Based on the information received the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No Title 22 deficiencies have been cited for this complaint.
Exit interview was conducted. Appeal Rights and Notice of Site Visit were provided. Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days.
