13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lauren Scott and Chayntel Hunter met with Site Supervisor, Nadia Khan to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Scott conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that the facility did not meet the child’s toileting needs. It was alleged that the facility allowed a child to stay in urine soaked clothes for four hours due to not being able to find the child’s extra clothes. Interviews with parents and staff did not reveal any evidence that this has occurred before. Interviews revealed that the staff store children’s belongings in their personal cubbies. It was stated by staff if the child is missing clothes, the facility has extras the child can borrow for the day. |
