Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Janie Davis and Lauren Scott met with Licensee, Carmen Baugh for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear two Type A deficiencies, which were issued on 2/20/25 for equipment and ratios.

During today's inspection LPA toured all areas accessible to children in care. Staff were in ratio and there were no children present who were underage on the large playground structure.

Deficiencies cited on 2/20/2025 are cleared effective today. An exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
