Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Jackson met with the director Carmen Baugh for a case management inspection for an unusual incident report submitted. During today's inspection LPA returned to conduct follow up to the unusual Incident Report filed by the facility.

No title 22 deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit was printed and posted.
