On Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 11:45 am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Elvira Sierra and Tiffanie Diep met with Director, Carmen Baugh for an unannounced case management inspection. Present today were four staff caring for 25 children. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss an unusual incident that occurred on 07/25/2022, which was self-reported to the Department by the facility.

LPAs inspected the indoor and outdoor areas of the day care for health and safety, observed the care and supervision of children, and conducted interviews with staff.

Based on information available at this time, LPAs will need to gather additional information and a follow-up visit will need to be conducted.

A copy of this report was reviewed and provided to Director, Carmen Baugh. Notice of site visit was posted and shall remain posted for 30 days.. No deficiencies were cited today.
