 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams arrived at the facility for the purpose of conducting a case management inspection. LPA met with Director, Arianne Mischeaux. LPA observed eleven children supervised by five staff.

Community Care Licensing received an incident report on March 3, 2022 detailing a child (C1) fell in the facility. C1 was observed for injuries and taken to the hospital. The facility was informed that the child did not sustain injuries.

No Title 22 deficiencies were observed during today's inspection.

Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
