32 | On 2/19/2020, on or about 3:00 PM LPA interviewed Licensee, Licensee denied the allegation, Licensee stated parent came at 4:00 pm to pick up Child # 1 and Child # 2, during that time Child # 1 was still asleep. Licensee stated, Licensee suggested to parent to pick Child 2 from the park and come back later to pick up child # 1.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Regarding the allegation Day care child was transported to different location without proper permission from parent(s). It was reported that 3 school age children were taken to locations other than day care home. On 2/6/2020 on or about 4:40 PM, a parent came to day to pick up day care children, Child # 1 and Child # 2. Parent was informed by Licensee that Child # 2 and two (2) other day care children were taken by the assistant at the Park. Parent was not aware that Child # 2 was not at the day care during the pick up time. On 2/19/2020, around 3:00 PM LPA interview with Licensee revealed that Licensee notified the Father of Child # 2 via text message that Child # 2 was at the park.
On 2/18/2020, LPA interviewed parents of Child # 3 and Child # 4, interview revealed that parents were notified by the Licensee.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
