LPA reviewed a sampling of Individual Needs & Services plans. LPA also reviewed a sampling of feeding plans. Children bottles and food are properly labeled with the child's name and date. LPA did not observe any toxins/hazardous items accessible to children.
Director informed LPA the CCC does not have firearms or ammunition on site. Further, no bodies of water were observed.
