Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gigi Reyes and Melissa Stewart conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction Inspection and met with Licensee, Ms. Cindy Taylor. There were 4 children present, 2 being infants.

Licensee was cited for Operations of a Family Child Care Home under 102417(g). During today's inspection the citation was cleared. Licensee fixed the broken wooden fence in the backyard.

Fire Clearance was granted on May 1, 2019. Effective today, Large Family Child Care Home is granted.

No deficiency was observed during today's visit.

LPAs observed Licensee posted the Notice of Site Visit.
