On July 19, 2022 at 1:15 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Francisco Pedroza and Susana Martinez conducted an unannounced Case Management Annual Continuation inspection. Licensee is currently on required visits. LPAs met with Erika Aispuro and advised the reason for the inspection. At the time of the inspection there were 11 children in care, one (1) assistant and a speech therapist working with one of the children present.

Licensee provided LPA's a tour of the home inside and out. LPA's observed the posting requirements at the entrance of the facility. Licensee stores their knives in the top cabinet out of reach of children. LPA's did not observe any toxins/hazardous items accessible to children in care. LPA's also observed a 2A10BC fire extinguisher mounted on the wall with a service date of 7/4/2022. LPA's observed licensee provides sleeping floor mats for children to nap on. Licensee has age-appropriate toys and activities for the children to play with. LPA's observed age-appropriate toys and structures in the backyard with sufficient shaded areas for the children in care. The backyard play area is fenced all around. Licensee advised LPA's that she sometimes uses the community playground area directly in front of her home.

Licensee completed the required CPR/First Aid training in January 2022. LPA's also observed that licensees Mandated Reporter Training expires on 9/27/2022. LPA's reviewed the assistants files and are all current with Mandated Reporter Training expiring 10/24/2023. LPA's also reviewed a sampling of children's files which were all current.

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
