A sampling of staff and children records were reviewed. The children’s records were complete and found to contain emergency contact information as well as medical assessments. Records also included a log documenting 15 minute sleep checks and completed Individual Sleep plans. Staff records were reviewed and current. Director completed First Aid/CPR 2/29/20 and Mandated Reporter Training was satisfied on 5/17/21.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services (IMS). LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. LPA discussed COVID 19 guidance and best practices. Director was reminded that it is Director's responsibility to know the regulations for CCC which can be accessed on-line at www.ccld.ca.gov.
