Heather Wahlberg reported that all staff providing care and supervision to children will complete or renew the AB1207 training on or before 8/31/21. At least three (3) staff have current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. Heather Wahlberg reported that there are no children currently enrolled who require IMS. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. Heather Wahlberg reported that the “Effects of Lead Exposure” brochure is distributed to all families at time of enrollment. LPA advised that Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Provider Information Notices (PINs), Title 22, Division 12 regulations and California Department of Public Health COVID-19 guidelines for child care programs can be accessed on-line at www.cdss.ca.gov. The Paso Robles Fire Department granted a clearance for 215 children on 8/2/21. This facility meets the requirements of Title 22, Division 12 regulations indoor and outdoor space as well as number of sinks and toilets for children and staff. Increase of capacity to 215 children ages two (2) years- kindergarten is granted and effective today, 8/19/2021.
