***Due to the Corona virus outbreak this report was written in the San Bruno Regional Office.***
Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jyoti Saini and Cindy Interiano conducted an unscheduled Case Management inspection at the facility above. LPAs met with Director Rosie Morales. The purpose of the inspection was explained, which was to inspect the new layout of the playground installed for the Toddler program as well as to inspect the new entrance of the facility. Present in the facility is Director and 22 Staff supervising 53 PreK children and 3 Toddlers.
Facility operates on the Highlands Christian Schools property in the classrooms: 105 through 115. Due to low (limited) enrollment, Room #106 is currently being utilized as an office entrance (instead of a Preschool classroom) and children previously in Room #106 have been moved to Room #113.
LPAs observed that the playground was free from hazards, free from sharp, loose, or pointed parts. The fall zones are surrounded with padded cushioning to absorb falls. Gates have been installed on both sides of the playground connected to the main school building. Playground is fenced off all around.

Fire clearance has been received from San Bruno Fire Department.

>No deficiencies were cited today under Title 22 Division 12 of the California Code of Regulations.

This report has been explained and discussed with the Director via phone. Copy of this report will be mailed to the facility. This report must be available in the facility for public review.
