On January 3rd, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an announced Case Management inspection that was initiated by Principal, Edna Carmona. The purpose of the inspection was to remeasure outside area. LPA met with Principal, Edna Carmona and explained the purpose of the inspection.

LPA measured the outdoor area. Outdoor area measured to a total of 7,022.44 sqft allowing for a total of 94 children. The outdoor area to be used is enclosed by at least a four foot fence and observed to be clean, safe and equipped with toys and equipment for children.

Copy of this report was emailed to the licensee ecarmona@rcsdk8.net. Signed copy of this report will be kept in the facility file and made available for public review.
