On March 9th, 2022 at 1:20PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an unannounced, annual, required inspection. LPA met with center director, AnnaMarie Franceschi and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present in the facility are 10 staff and a total of 37 preschool age children. Staff have criminal record clearance through the School District. Facility is currently operating within teacher to child ratio on this date.

Facility will now operate in CDC Building, Room #2 (aka #101), Room #3 (aka #102), and Room #4 (aka #103). Rooms #2 and #3 operate full day programs: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm; and Room #4 operate AM/PM sessions: Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Each classroom is equipped with two restrooms: each with 1 toilet, and 2 sinks on the outer wall of the restroom; a total of 6 toilets and 6 sinks in the facility.

LPA observed each classroom to be clean and equipped with age appropriate toys and materials. Storage for children's belongings are located in the classrooms, labeled with each child's individual names. Each classroom is equipped with a working telephone, an industrial fire alarm, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher, as well as emergency kits with first aid materials and emergency contact information.

All poisons, cleaning solutions and hazardous materials are stored inaccessible to children behind locked cabinets and facility's high shelves. Food is prepared by the Child Care Food Program and delivered daily to the classroom. Meals are individually packed for each child. All mandatory postings are posted in the classroom, including menus. Water is available to children indoors and outdoors. Outdoor area appears to be clean and orderly. There are a variety of outdoor equipment that are in good working condition. Play structures have resilient padding. Children are signed in and out of facility by parents' signatures.
