LPA reviewed Seven children files and were complete. All children have a record of emergency identification information on file. Three staff records reviewed were complete. All staff has a criminal record clearance on file. The staff has a current Pediatric First Aid/CPR certificate on file. All staff has taken Mandated Reporter training.
During inspection,
• Site Director was provided information regarding Incidental Medical Services (IMS). Per Director there are no services currently being provided to children.
For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Section 101226. When any IMS is provided, a plan for providing IMS must be submitted to the Department.
• Site Director was reminded as of September 1, 2016, all Staff and Volunteers must provide proof of immunization against pertussis, measles, and influenza, or qualifies for an exemption, pursuant to Health and Safety code 1596.7995 and 1597.662.
• Site Director was reminded about Mandated Reporter Training available on the CCLD website. Training must be completed every two years. (Websites: www.ccld.ca.gov or www.mandatedreporterca.com)
• Site Director was reminded about the Provider Information Notices (PINs) on the CCLD website.
>No deficiencies were cited today under Title 22 Division 12 of the Ca. Code of Regulations.
> This report must be available in the facility for public review. Notice of site visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
