25 | On 12/14/2023, at approximately 8:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced annual visit at the facility. LPA was granted entry to the facility by Licensee, Teresa Campbell. LPA explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the visit was the Licensee, Licensee’s spouse, Licensee’s adult son, a helper (H1), two infants and three preschool age children. All adults living or working in the home have fingerprint clearance and are associated to the facility. The facility’s operating hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday.
The facility is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
Daycare Areas: Garage (converted into play/nap area), Bathroom #1, and Backyard.
Off-limits Areas: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3, Bathroom #2, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and Cabin in Backyard.
LPA and Licensee inspected the home for health and safety hazards. LPA observed the daycare areas to be in clean and orderly condition. The home is equipped with a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher. There is a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector present in the home. There is a first aid kit present in Bathroom #1 that is fully equipped. The Garage is converted into a napping and play area. There is a loft present in the Garage. The stairs leading to the loft are secured by a childproof barrier. The facility provides linens for children to nap in and washes them once a week. LPA observed there to be age-appropriate toys and learning materials present in the play/napping areas. Cleaning supplies, poisons, and other chemicals are stored inaccessible to children. There is no fireplace present in the daycare areas. Per Licensee, there are no firearms in the home.
