There is one shared restroom for all children that includes both toilets and a diaper changing table. Toilets and sinks were observed to be in proper working condition. Diaper changing table is within arm's reach to an adult sink. Garbage bin for disposing of dirty diapers in bathroom was observed to have a tight fitted lid. All sinks children have access to do not provide water that is warmer than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Children utilize cots for napping. Cots, sheets and blankets are appropriately stored in classroom. Per T1, sheets and blankets are sent home weekly or as needed for laundering. Cots are stacked in classroom, separate from children's toys.

Outdoor area is fully enclosed and fenced. Gate in outdoor area includes a sound alarm system when gate door opens. There are sufficient outdoor toys and equipment that were in good condition. There are play structures in outdoor area that have resilient padding underneath. LPA did not observe any pools, spas or bodies of water on site.

Assembly Bill (AB) 2370, Chapter 676, Statutes of 2018, requires all licensed Child Care Centers (CCCs) constructed before January 1, 2010, to test their water (used for drinking and food preparation) for lead contamination before January 1, 2023, and then every 5-years after the date of the first test.

LPA verified that the lead testing was completed in accordance to the Written Directives
outlined in PIN 21-21.1-CCP. Facility has completed required lead water testing. Water fixtures tested were within time frame of testing and were below the 5.5. ppb threshold. LPA provided director with additional documentation (LIC9275, LIC9276) that must be submitted to department.
