Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kassandra Medrano, conducted an unannounced Plan of Corrections (POC) visit today. LPA Medrano met with a facility representative, Fidaa Salim. The purpose of visit was explained to her. There were 25 children with 4 teachers, Capacity and Ratio requirements of children was observed in compliance today. The visit was regarding the deficiencies that were cited on 8/14/2019 for ratio, and napping equipment. LPA inspected the facility for the corrections. Facility has corrected the deficiencies. The deficiencies were cleared during visit today.




No deficiencies are cited today. A copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the teacher. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
