Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Medlin met with facility representative for this conclusionary complaint visit. Purpose of visit explained. It was alleged that facility properly cleans toys and the classroom. Director states all the toys that were used are separated and cleaned at end of day. in addtion, toys and tables are cleaned as needed and cleaning products are stored in the classroom in a locked cabinet. The classroom is cleaned at end of day with appropriate cleaning products, i.e. bleach mixture etc. The facility denies that toys and classroom is not cleaned properly.

The investigation determined there is not enough available sufficient information provided to prove a violation of occurred. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is closed as unsubstantiated.

This report is reviewed with director and a copy of this report must be made available for public review upon request.

Notice of Site Visit posted and shall remain posted for 30 days.
