25 | On February 7, 2022, at 10:30am, License Program Analyst (LPA) Catrina Quimbo, conducted an unannounced, annual, required inspection. LPA met with licensee, Ludmila Vasa and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present in the home were licensee, licensee's spouse, and 9 enrolled children (all preschool age). All adults living and/or working in the home have a criminal record clearance on file. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
Licensee owns the home which is a single-level, family home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, garage, backyard, and front yard. Licensee also has a pet dog (up to date with immunizations), pet birds and chicken coop (located in backyard). The DAY CARE AREAS are the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom #1 (napping room only), bathroom #1, and backyard. The OFF-LIMIT AREAS are bedroom #2, master bedroom, bathroom (located in master bedroom), garage and front yard. All off limit areas are properly barricaded.
At approximately 10:40am, LPA toured day care areas of home with Licensee. LPA observed home to be in good repair with proper temperature and ventilation. There were age appropriate toys and equipment in the home which were in good condition. All cleaning supplies, poisons and other chemicals were stored inaccessible to children in facility's high cabinets and shelves. Fireplace in living room is properly barricaded. There were no pools, spas or bodies of water on the property. The backyard is enclosed with an least 5ft high fence. Backyard is equipped with a variety of appropriate outdoor toys and equipment that are in good working condition. Chicken coop was observed to be clean and barricaded.
