Center was observed to be clean and in good repair, at a comfortable temperature with proper ventilation and sufficient lighting. All passageways are kept free and clear of obstructions or hazards. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were observed, and building is equipped with hardwired sprinkler system. Non-slip rugs were observed. Cribs did not have any blankets, pillows or toys with napping infants. Cots were observed to have a sheet and blanket for each child. Bottles were properly labeled for each child, and were stored in clean refrigerator. Drinking water is available to children, in the classrooms and on the playground. This facility does not have any body of water present. Disinfectants are kept in cabinets that have locks, but were found to be left open or unlocked. Cabinets were closed and locked immediately in LPA's presence. Outside play area was inspected and was observed to have age appropriate toys.
