At 11:00A.M., LPA reviewed facility roster, two children's files and four personnel records. All children files and personnel files are complete. All staff had criminal clearances on file. Staff's CPR/ 1st aid certification is current expiring: 1/25/2022. All staff had required mandated reporter training certifications which were current. Licensing information was properly posted in facility hallway. Facility is documenting and conducting required emergency disaster drills, with the last drill conducted on 4/2021. Program provides snack and lunch. All food products inspected were current.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) was discussed. Per assistant director, facility has no children who need IMS services at this time. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. During inspection,
· Assistant Director was reminded, as of September 1, 2016, all Staff and Volunteers must provide proof of immunization against pertussis, measles, and influenza, or qualifies for an exemption, pursuant to Health and Safety code 1596.7995 and 1597.662.
· Assistant Director was reminded about Mandated Reporter training available on CCLD website. Training must be completed every 2 years. Training can be taken online at www.mandatedreporterca.com
· Assistant Director was reminded about the Provider Information Notices (PINs) on CCLD website.
·LPA provided COVID-19 Technical Assistance guidance including: Child In-take procedure, Health safety review, Social distancing, Mask wearing and Regular disinfecting of high surfaces.
