25 | On December 7, 2022 at 12:42 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Cowan conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and met with Licensee, Lyubov Grodnitsky. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. Present in the facility is Licensee and helper caring for 10 preschool age children. Licensee lives in a 5 bedroom, with husband and minor child. Facility was inspected and Childcare areas are lower level family room, bedroom (used for napping), bathroom, and backyard. The right portion of the back yard is fenced and off-limits. The rest of the home (the entire upper level) is Off-Limits. The days and hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. When LPA arrived, children were napping.
At 12:47 PM, LPA observed the following: Day-care area is clean, orderly, and equipped with age appropriate toys and equipment for the children. Home has sufficient lighting and ventilation. Home has a working telephone, a working smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and a fully charged fire extinguisher. There are no bodies of water on the property. There are no poisons, detergents, or cleaning products accessible to day-care children. Licensee states there are no guns or weapons of any kind in the home. Licensee’s CPR expires in 15/2023. Licensee conducted last emergency drill on 10/27/22 and is properly logged. Licensee provides daily snacks and meals.
