Licensing Program Analysts, LPAs conducted a visit to open this complaint. Today we inspected the daycare, observed the facility, and interviewed the staff members. Reporting party was interviewed. The Licensing Department has investigated this complaint and determined the finding to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
